Privacy notice
Effective September 13, 2026.
Scope and contact
This notice explains data handling for BreadthMarket's market-breadth plugin and related support requests. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests concerning information you have provided to BreadthMarket.
Tool requests
The plugin retrieves public market-breadth aggregates and SPY benchmark closes. Its tools accept either no business inputs or a start and end date. The service also receives the MCP protocol messages needed to discover and call these tools. Tool requests are processed to return the requested observations, date comparisons, and data-availability information.
The implemented tools do not request or retrieve your chat transcript, ChatGPT account details, brokerage account, portfolio, payment information, or individual trading activity. No BreadthMarket login is required. The application does not write your tool-query inputs to its market-data database, and this plugin implementation adds no analytics trackers or tracking cookies.
Service providers and operational records
BreadthMarket uses Railway to host its website, API, and market-data database, and Cloudflare for domain and network services and support-email forwarding. Hosting, network, email-forwarding, and destination-mailbox providers process the information needed to deliver their respective services. The people operating BreadthMarket can access operational records and support correspondence when investigating service problems or answering requests. These are the categories of recipients for the request and support data described in this notice.
Network and server records can include source IP address, client user-agent, requested path and method, response status, timing, and service-error information. These records support delivery, reliability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. The application does not use these records to build marketing profiles. The absence of application database writes does not mean that no infrastructure logs exist.
Infrastructure records follow the providers' retention practices. Railway documents plan-dependent log history, ranging from 3 days to up to 90 days across its plans, and notes that upgrading can restore older logs. These history windows do not establish when every provider copy is permanently deleted. Railway's privacy policy describes retention according to service and business needs, including keeping device/IP information as needed to operate its systems, with longer retention where applicable legal requirements permit or require it.
Cloudflare's privacy policy describes retention according to processing purposes, the nature and sensitivity of the information, and legal or contractual requirements. Its public Email Routing documentation does not provide one fixed deletion deadline for every routing record. Provider-controlled operational records can therefore outlast the period visible in a dashboard and are separate from BreadthMarket's 90-day support-mail rule below.
Support email
If you email support, your message can include your email address, name, message content, and any attachments you choose to send. BreadthMarket uses this information to investigate and respond to your request. Avoid sending passwords, API keys, brokerage credentials, or sensitive financial records in a support message.
Messages to [email protected] pass through Cloudflare Email Routing to our support inbox. The forwarding service and destination-mailbox provider process message contents and addressing information to deliver the email. Cloudflare also records routing activity, including delivery and email-authentication results, as described in its email-log documentation.
We keep support correspondence while resolving a request and delete ordinary support messages and attachments under our control no later than 90 days after the issue is resolved. If a specific record must be retained longer to meet a legal obligation, we retain it only for that requirement. This policy applies to the correspondence we control; it does not promise deletion of all independent provider logs or backup copies at the same time.
Your chat service
Your use of ChatGPT or another MCP client is also governed by that provider's privacy practices. This notice describes BreadthMarket's implementation and does not change or make promises about the client's handling of your conversations.
Requests and changes
Contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent to BreadthMarket. Include enough context to identify the request, but do not send credentials. We will address information we control and coordinate with service providers where needed, subject to applicable requirements. Any revised notice will be published with its effective date.
